Superior Credit Union is pleased to announce the 2023 Bruce Campbell and Dorothy Thompson Award winners.

Bruce Campbell Award Winner: Adam Crowe

The Bruce E. Campbell Achievement Award honors a Superior Credit Union employee who exemplifies a lifelong commitment to member advocacy, member service, and promoting the credit union philosophy. Award winner Adam Crowe has more than 25 years of customer service experience. Adam joined Superior with polished member service and communication skills that quickly became a valued asset to the credit union. Like all good communicators, Adam understands the importance of listening to members. By listening, he gains the confidence, trust and respect from members and staff.

Like Bruce Campbell, Adam sets a wonderful example of helping our members. With a strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow, Adam has helped both members and staff reach their highest potential. Congratulations, Adam!

Dorothy Thompson Award Winner: Carrie Calvelage

The Dorothy J. Thompson Action Award honors a Superior Credit Union employee who makes a significant impact as an “Unsung Hero.” Carrie Calvelage, award winner, joined Superior’s Human Resources Department in 2008. Carrie brought with her a wealth of experience and a strong understanding of insurance benefits. One could describe Carrie as a team player, dependable, trustworthy, hard-working, friendly and empathetic, with a strong passion for helping people. Using her many talents, she would play a vital role in developing Superior’s HR Department.

Much like Dorothy, Maria is behind the scenes making sure everything works seamlessly. Having a "We Can Do Anything!" attitude defined Dorothy. The same holds true for Carrie. Congratulations, Carrie!
